Get in Spring Shape at the Community Fitness Center
As the cold weather hopefully starts making its way out of Knoxville, the spring will roll in motivating us to get outside and enjoy the nice weather! One of my favorite ways to enjoy the nice weather is to go for a walk or jog around the community! To start out the spring I stay within the Steeplechase area surrounding my apartment. But once the weather get’s really nice I like to get out into downtown Knoxville to explore and do a bit of people watching.
If running outside isn’t your thing, then head down to the community fitness center and get a sweat going on the treadmill, elliptical, or stationary bike. Combining that cardio workout with a good weight lifting routine using the machines in there, you’ll be well on your way to getting back in shape for the summer time pool season!
