Local Bookstore Spotlight: McKay Used Books & CDs
Remember when you were a kid and getting a book as a present for the holidays was possibly the worst thing ever? Now that we’re all grown up, books are great, thoughtful gifts and are just as much fun to give as to receive. If you’re making your holiday shopping lists and coming up short and what to get those hard-to-shop-for people (i.e. Dad) consider buying them a book from McKay Used Books & CDs.
McKay is a fast-paced, ever-changing shopping destination for people who love books, movies, music, and games. Seriously, this store has more than two miles of shelves! You can find all sorts of great items there from used magazines and journals to children’s books to CDs and vinyl to video games.
Another cool thing about McKay is that when you buy a bargain-priced book, you can keep it as long as you want, and then return it for store credit on other books in the future. It’s a kind of “free enterprise library.” Now that’s cool!
