A four pound burrito, a half pound of macaroni and cheese, and a half pound of banana pudding!  One hour to finish it.  What do you all here at Steeplechase Apartments think?  Personally, I’d love to give it a try, but I just don’t think I’d make it.  That’s A LOT of food.

Well, that’s the El Gigante Comida Challenge that they have at Sweet P’s BBQ here in Knoxville.  It costs 40 bucks to attempt it (no one has made it so far) and if you can finish, you get your 40 back…plus a t-shirt and a place among the culinary icons of the city.
