Not sure how many people out there are more excited than me that the 2010 NFL season is kicking off this weekend (well, besides the players at least).  Are there any Tennessee Titans fans out there in Steeplechase?  Anyone going to the game against the Oakland Raiders on Sunday?  I wish I was, but I’ll be watching it in my apartment with friends.  Not quite as fun, but it’ll do.  FYI – game airs Sunday at 1:00 pm ET(CBS).

We all know Chris Johnson is a beast, but I don’t think we should take the Raiders lightly at all.  Their run defense will be better this year.  I still expect Johnson to get 100 yards rushing.  They know he’s going to get his, but they’re going to really try their best to stop the long runs of 10 or more yards.

I think the Titans can win if Vince Young makes plays with his feet and makes those 10-15 yard passes.  Look for the Raiders to try to force him to step up in the pocket and throw deep passes where he is a lot less accurate.
